Roast Lamb

the lamb was purchased from the store as my herd was off grazing in the other field


the lamb is placed into a large roasting dish, these are normally not made of plastic or paper or wood, but normally metal, normally


next i had to take a trip out to the herb garden, here it is, over grown, with a bird bath


this is rosemary, which is what i wanted, its huge!


you dont need much this is more than enough


i also needed garlic, this is a whole head of fresh garlic, i guess this proves i am not a vampire

i peeled the garlic and cut into slivers
