OMG its an omelette. You can order off the menu or go to the buffet. Since there were about 20 guys standing around with nothing to do, I ordered off the menu. They appeared to be annoyed that I did. Also the coffee was ok but the sugar situation was amusing. Instead of granulated powdery plain sugar they had artisan lumps of some kind of non dissolving glass like substance that added a rich earthy aroma of sugar well past its used by date.
