RAMEN TIME! And it was amazingly good ramen. A new winner for best of the trip so far. I dont know what the flavour base was, maybe a mixture, including chilli. The huge amount of vegetables, some of them pickled, made it great. The pork was also crispy on the edges, very very good. Finally, the noodles were hand cut rectangular almost Taiwanese style.
