This was not the best angle for the fountain, but it was the best angle for the buildings in the brackground. Camera has a 3 stop ND filter built in, I did not use it here but could have.
The camera also has optical stabilisation, in my tests on the wide end 1/2 a second exposures seem reliable, just like my Ricoh which had sensor based stabilisation.
