I am really happy with how these came out. I did almost no post processing, just exposure adjustment and cropping to get a straight horizon.
It was a bright silvery sunshine, the lack of viewfinder did not really cause me any issues. I find the camera preserves highlights when on multi-segment metering more than my previous cameras, which is a good thing, no need to look at histogram. So far so good.
Cliche shots I realise, thats what I do, the out of camera raws have a more contrasty look than my previous cameras, possibly due to how it preserves highlights.
I think I slid lightrooms texture slider to the right here. Nice clouds, crap beaches along here, but a great place to go for a walk, separated bike and pedestrian walkways.
A vision of bland. Perhaps this one should have had a graduated filter and some more exposure, or perhaps I should make the sand whiter.
Worst shot of the day perhaps, too much light off the water. The foliage sharpness in the right corner looks good to me.
